A high efficiency 2.5A TEC controller, TECA1-xV-xV-D, is designed for driving TECs. It can be highly stable to adjust the object temperature. It has a very small package with a 6 sided metal enclosure to prevent the controller and other electronics from interfering with each other. There are many models for your choice. The first “xV” in part number TECA1-xV-xV-D, stands for supply voltage, the second “xV” stands for the maximum TEC voltage. We also have different packaging: DIP and SMT. LDA1-CP1-D is packaged in a 6 sided metal enclosure with small size; it prevents drivers and other electronic devices from interfering with each other. It is designed to drive p-type diode lasers with good control and stability. It can monitor the drive current and output laser power. Two versions are available: the LDA1-CP1-D-SNI and the LDA1-CP1-D-SNO. The former one represents that the external signal synchronizes the signal of the chip, and the latter one is that the signal of the chip synchronizes the external signal.(more)
