TEC modules (thermoelectric coolers) are designed for cooling and heating, depending on the direction of direct current. When the current flows from the negative direction to the positive direction, TEC will start to cool, and conversely, it will start to heat. ATH100KL2A is a kind of glass encapsulated thermistors and it comes with an extra compact ring lug, as shown in Figure 1. When comparing with traditional epoxy encapsulated thermistor, this thermistor can provide higher long-term stability and a wider range of temperature. What’s more, it has compact size, short responding time and some other advantages.
