The ATLS250MA106 laser driver is an electric module, which is used to drive laser diodes with up to 250mA extra low noise current. When powered by 5V power supply, the range of its output voltage is from 1.5V to 4V. ATH10KL2A Series NTC Thermistors are similar to another two series ntc thermistors, ATH10KL2B and ATH10KL2C. The inner thermistor head of ATH10KL2A is ATH10KR8, thus, they have very similar characteristics. The ATLS4A214 laser driver is an electric module, which is used to drive laser diodes with high voltage and constant current. The voltage range of the power supply is from 5V~16V. Because of high working efficiency, the laser driver needs no heat sink.
