They have different current values: ATLS500MA212, ATLS1A212, ATLS2A212, and ATLS3A212. They have a wide range of input voltage from 4.5V - 16V. There is no need for heat sink with high efficiency. Recently, we designed a high voltage 4A Laser driver, ATLS4A217. It has both a wide input voltage range from 5.5V to 27V and a wide output voltage range from 0.1VVPS to 0.8VVPS. At the same time, it allows driving one or more laser diodes and its current can be as high as 4A. There is no need for heat sink with high efficiency. It’s very difficult to meet the above characteristics for laser driver at the same time.(more)

Recently ATI has successfully developed and produced a series of high voltage constant current laser drives, ATLSXA214. The maximum output current can be up to 4A and 6A. The power supply voltage range of this series laser drives is from 5V to 14V. What’s more, ATI laser drivers are characterized with high efficiency of over 90%. There are three control states for 214 series high voltage laser controllers, including shutdown, standby and operation. In terms of packages, both DIP and SMT packages are available to choose.
