A high efficiency TEC controller, TECA1-xV-xV-D, is designed for driving TECs. It can be highly stable when adjusting the object temperature. There are many models of TEC controllers that can be selected based on customer requirements. The first “xV” in part number TECA1-xV-xV-D, stands for the input voltage, and the second “xV” stands for the maximum TEC voltage. Two packaging are available: DIP and SMT. It has a very small package with a 6 sided metal enclosure to prevent the controller and other electronics from interfering with each other. LDA1-CP1-D is packaged in a 6 sided metal enclosure with small size; it prevents drivers and other electronic devices from interfering with each other. It is designed to drive p-type diode lasers with good control and stability. It can monitor the drive current and output laser power. Two versions are available: the LDA1-CP1-D-SNI and the LDA1-CP1-D-SNO.
