For NTC thermistor, when temperature rises, the resistance decreases exponentially. Mix, mold and sinter two or more metal oxides, manganese, copper, silicon, cobalt, iron, nickel and zinc to produce NTC thermistor. The resistivity and material constants vary with the composition ratio, the sintering temperature, the sintering temperature and the structural state. Now, there are some non-oxide NTC thermistor, such as silicon carbide, stannic selenide, and tantalum nitride.(more)
