Let's look at a series of laser drivers ATLSxA104 with ultra-low output noise, small size, and current limit protection. There are 5 models of this series of laser drivers, among which the one with highest output current can drive 1.5A diode lasers. The “xA” in the part number represents the maximum output current of the laser driver module, which can be: 100MA, 250MA, 500MA, 1A and 1.5A respectively. The laser driver is powered by a 5V supply, and the output voltage is 0.5V to 3.6V. The controller has a temperature compensation network, so even if the controller temperature increases, the output current will remain unchanged. There are 2 packaging versions available: DIP through hole package and SMT surface mount type.(more)

For driving high voltage diode lasers, we have developed ATLS15A218 laser driver. The laser driver ATLS15A218 can drive high power laser diodes at high efficiency. Only one small DIP package is available. It is powered by a wide DC voltage between 5.5V to 27V, the wide output voltage is from 0.1VVPS to 0.1VVPS and the output current can go up to 15A without using a heat sink.(more)

Peltier modules can’t work independently, and often work with a Peltier controller. Inverse piezoelectric effect refers to that when an electric field is applied in the polarization direction of piezoelectric sensing elements, these piezoelectric sensing elements will produce mechanical deformation or mechanical pressure in a certain direction. When the applied electric field is removed, this deformation or pressure will disappear as well.(more)
